What is Beachbody On Demand?

Workout Reviews

Since I am a Premium Club member, I thought it would be fun to try different workouts available and then give you a quick review of what I thought about it.

Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout-This was a fun, but a fast paced workout. Lot of kick boxing moves. If new to exercise, would suggest trying the learn the moves workout first.This 

 

PiYo Sweat - This was an interesting workout. There is quite a bit of moves that require you to be up in high plank position. I struggled through these (prior injury makes these difficult) and had to make some modifications. It definitely made me sweat.

 

T25 Focus Cardio- I like Shaun's videos. He has a great way of doing progression, which eases you into the exercises. I also like this one because it's only 25 minutes. Great cardio workout.
